What decides your route
The assessment is not a sales funnel with a predetermined answer. It exists to separate the organisations that already have what they need from those that do not.
Stay with the free assessment
Your use of AI is limited, your role is clear, and the obligations that apply are transparency duties you can meet with your own documentation.
Move to Biz
You have several use cases, an unclear position between provider and deployer, or an internal deadline and no mapped obligations.
Move to Pro
You are handling a high-risk use case, a non-EU provider chain, or you need documentation that holds up if an authority asks for it.
Service terms that apply to paid work
- AI-assisted preparation with human legal review and sign-off by a qualified EU lawyer.
- Delivery within 48 to 72 hours from receipt of payment for the Biz assessment.
- Payment by wire transfer. The lawyer’s invoice is provided on completion.
- Workspace access is retained, so assessments and deliverables stay available in your account.
- A Biz assessment analyses the material you supply. It maps what you must do. It does not by itself make you compliant.

Common questions
Is the free assessment really free?
Yes. It requires an account so the result can be saved and retrieved, and it costs nothing. It produces an indicative snapshot, not a legal opinion.
Does the Biz assessment make us compliant?
No. It tells you which obligations apply to you and in what order to address them. Implementation stays with your organisation unless you engage Pro.
Why is there a 48 to 72 hour delivery window?
Every output is prepared with AI assistance and then reviewed and signed off by a qualified lawyer before it reaches you.
What if our situation does not fit these routes?
