Article 4 after the Digital Omnibus
AI literacy remains an obligation for providers and deployers. Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 removed the requirement to guarantee a specific or sufficient level for each individual and added support measures and recommendations. The appropriate programme still depends on the organisation’s role, systems, people and risk context.
