AI Act Compliance
This statement describes how AAMS approaches the EU AI Act as a provider of AI-assisted compliance tools and as a consultancy for clients in the field of AI regulation and implementation.
Scope & Roles
For our platform we act as a provider of an information system (not a high‑risk AI system). Content generated with AI will always be labelled as such, and in no case the user will be interacting with a from-facing AI system without knowledge of it. In Pro engagements we provide AI-assisted advisory; clients remain providers/deployers/assessed role of their own AI systems.
Risk Management & Oversight
We maintain a documented risk process, human‑in‑the‑loop review for material outputs, accuracy checks appropriate to purpose, logging, and change control.
Transparency to Users
Where interactions involve AI assistance, we label them and provide plain‑language explanations of capabilities and limits. No legal advice is ever issued based solely on AI-generated content.
Data Governance
We apply data quality checks, access controls, minimization, and retention aligned with our Privacy Policy.
Post‑Market Monitoring & Incidents
We gather feedback, track issues, and provide a channel for serious incident reports: compliance@aiactmadesimple.eu.
Prohibited Uses
We do not support prohibited practices (e.g., social scoring or manipulative techniques as defined by the Act).
High‑Risk Engagements
If we help a client design or document a high‑risk system, we deliver gap analyses, evidence packs, and conformity guidance. Clients are responsible for final conformity assessment and CE marking.
